What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship worldwide, using Royal Mail and DPD couriers. UK Orders up to £50 cost £3.50 postage. UK Orders over £50 are delivered free using Royal Mail First Class or DPD depending on weight. Orders over £100 are sent using DPD’s tracked delivery service to ensure that you receive your order.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do! We charge a simple flat rate of £10 for all of Europe, and a simple flat rate of £25 for the rest of the world.  For any special deliveries we will quote.

Do You Offer Express Delivery?

Yes! Orders placed using our £5 ‘next day’ delivery option, will be delivered with DPD couriers if received before 2pm. Orders placed using our £9 ‘before nine’ delivery option, will be delivered with Royal Mail’s Special Delivery 9am™ service if received before 2pm.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Orders within the UK arrive within 1-2 days. For UK Express orders, see ‘Do You Offer Express Delivery?’ above. Western Europe deliveries take 2-5 days, the rest of Europe 5-10 days, and the rest of the world 5-28 days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We use Sagepay for secure online card transactions, which accepts most payment cards worldwide, and we also offer Paypal.

Is Buying Online Safe?

We use Sagepay and Paypal for online transactions. Both are globally recognised as safe, secure online payment methods, offering you protection and insurance against fraud. And just get in touch with us if you have any concerns.

Returns & Exchange

What happens when products are out of stock?

The out of stock item will be automatically sent to you when stock arrives. The rest of your order will be sent as normal.

What happens it I am sent the wrong products?

If you should have any problems with your order please call 01386 791 055 and explain the problem to our customer services team who will help.

28 Days Returns Guaranteed

Our aim is to exceed your expectations in terms of product quality, value for money and service. Therefore, if you would like to return an item, whether it’s the wrong size, the wrong colour or you just decide it’s not really ‘you’, we are happy to exchange or refund the item, provided it is returned to us unused, in its original packaging and in good condition within 28 days of the purchase date. Please note: the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, unless the goods are faulty; the charges for our delivery to you are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within 14 days of the date of purchase (which is the period set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) or where the goods are faulty and a refund is made. In any event we will only refund delivery charges at the standard, least expensive rate of delivery; the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please treat the goods with care.

How Do I Cancel Or Change My Order?

 Please contact our Customer Service department on 01386 791 055 or email enquiries@speick.co.uk to obtain a Return Code. This code speeds up the refund process and will save you from completing a returns form. Write the Return Code in the space provided on the back of your invoice. When you post the parcel we strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office for insurance purposes. We will not be responsible for any returned parcels that are lost in the post. We will endeavour to process your returned items as quickly as possible and a refund notification will be posted to you. If you do not hear from us within 14 days please call us on 01386 791 055. On receipt of the returned goods, we will make the refund (to the credit card of the original customer) or will exchange as required. When returning goods which have been discounted or that are part of an offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. If you have been given a Speick item as a gift, please note that refunds can only be paid back to the original customer’s credit card. You can instead make an exchange, to the same or a lower value than the original item. Any additional amounts to the original purchase amount must be paid by you. Any monies to be refunded after an exchange will be credited back to the original payer’s credit card. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy

At Speick UK we believe strongly in protecting our customers’ and web-site users’ privacy. We will not wilfully disclose information about our customers or users to any third party without first receiving our customers’ and/or users’ consent.

This Privacy Policy sets out the privacy practices in respect of the information we receive from you including through our website (‘the Website’).

Your Personal Information

All personal information you provide to Speick UK will be treated as private and confidential.

Speick UK may compile data in aggregate form so that it may better understand users who visit the Website. For example, we may produce reports on the most popular search terms by collecting general search term data based on individual searches. Aggregate data is anonymous and does not contain any personal information which identifies users.

Speick UK may send you e-mails to notify you about new services on offer, updates and features on the Website.

Sharing of Information

Speick UK will not sell, rent, trade or give away any customer’s or user’s personal information or e-mail address to third party companies without first obtaining its customer’s or user’s consent.

E-mails sent to Speick UK may occasionally be used for testimonial purposes but will be withdrawn from the Website if requested.

Opt-out Policy

To de-register from receiving e-mails from the Company as outlined in paragraph 1, please send an e-mail with your details to enquiries@speick.co.uk with ‘De-register’ in the subject header. To ensure that you are not maliciously de-registered by someone spoofing your email address we will then send you an email containing a link, which when clicked will remove you from our database.

If once you have given your consent you decide you do not want your personal information to be included in any e-mail lists as described at paragraph 2, then please send an e-mail to enquiries@speick.co.uk with ‘Remove from Third Party Marketing List’ in the subject header. We will then send you an email containing a link which when clicked will remove you from our database.

All removal requests will be dealt with within 28 days of receipt of the request.
