What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship worldwide, using Royal Mail and DPD couriers. UK Orders up to £50 cost £4.95 postage. UK Orders over £50 are delivered free using Royal Mail First Class or DPD depending on weight. Orders over £100 are sent using DPD’s tracked delivery service to ensure that you receive your order.

Do You Ship to Europe?

Yes we do! We charge a simple flat rate of £10 for all of Europe.  For any special deliveries we will quote.

Do You Offer Express Delivery?

Yes! Orders placed using our £5 ‘next working day’ delivery option (excluding bank holidays), will be delivered with DPD couriers if received before 1pm. Orders placed using our £9 ‘before nine’ delivery option, will be delivered with Royal Mail’s Special Delivery 9am™ service (excluding bank holidays) if received before 1pm.

Orders within the UK arrive within 1-2 days. For UK Express orders, see ‘Do You Offer Express Delivery?’ above. Western Europe deliveries take 2-5 days and the rest of Europe 5-10 days.

What happens when products are out of stock?

The out of stock item will be automatically sent to you when stock arrives. The rest of your order will be sent as normal.

What happens if I am sent the wrong products?

If you should have any problems with your order please call 01386 791 027 and explain the problem to our customer services team who will help.

28 Days Returns Guaranteed

Our aim is to exceed your expectations in terms of product quality, value for money and service. Therefore, if you would like to return an item, whether it’s the wrong size, the wrong colour or you just decide it’s not really ‘you’, we are happy to exchange or refund the item, provided it is returned to us unused, in its original packaging and in good condition within 28 days of the purchase date. Please note: the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, unless the goods are faulty; the charges for our delivery to you are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within 14 days of the date of purchase (which is the period set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) or where the goods are faulty and a refund is made. In any event we will only refund delivery charges at the standard, least expensive rate of delivery; the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please treat the goods with care.

How Do I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please contact our Customer Service department on 01386 791 027 or email info@speick.co.uk to obtain a Return Code. This code speeds up the refund process and will save you from completing a returns form. Write the Return Code in the space provided on the back of your invoice. When you post the parcel we strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office for insurance purposes. We will not be responsible for any returned parcels that are lost in the post. We will endeavour to process your returned items as quickly as possible and a refund notification will be posted to you. If you do not hear from us within 14 days please call us on 01386 791 027. On receipt of the returned goods, we will make the refund (to the credit card of the original customer) or will exchange as required. When returning goods which have been discounted or that are part of an offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. If you have been given a Speick item as a gift, please note that refunds can only be paid back to the original customer’s credit card. You can instead make an exchange, to the same or a lower value than the original item. Any additional amounts to the original purchase amount must be paid by you. Any monies to be refunded after an exchange will be credited back to the original payer’s credit card. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
